Four things the interface tracks separately

I made a wrong move, but still have a heart
On the checked Level 4 run, attempting R2C3 produces a red X and reduces three filled hearts to two. The correct pieces at R1C2, R3C1 and R4C3 stay on the board. The player continues, completes the level, and gets the next-level button.
- Check the remaining filled hearts and current level number.
- Keep valid placed pieces; do not treat one error as a full restart.
- Find why the rejected square conflicts. Here it touches R1C2 diagonally.
- Use the remaining justified square, R2C4, for the matching board.

Exit and return: an observed same-session continuation
In another recording, the player is on Level 4 with 3/4 pieces, Score 330 and one heart. The top-left door opens a menu with Exit and Restart. Choosing Exit goes to a home screen with a Level 4 button. Selecting that level returns to the same partial board, with the same red error marks and one heart.
If your interface matches this example and you only want to return to the home screen, Exit is the observed route. When you return, check the level, piece counter and hearts before continuing. This does not establish what happens after disconnecting, changing devices or closing Roblox.

Restart: a fresh attempt at the same level
The same recording then opens the door menu again and chooses Restart. A Roblox Streak Protection purchase offer appears. The player closes it using its X; the game then reports that the round restarted. The screen still says Level 4, but the board is empty, the counter is 0/4, the score is 0 and three hearts are filled.
Use this example to understand the tradeoff: restarting can clear your current placements and attempt score without sending this numbered run back to Level 1. A canceled offer is not proof of a purchased benefit. We have not verified its effect, current price, or effect on a saved personal best.

My streak changed, so did I lose all levels?
Check the level label separately. A player in Hannah’s older tutorial says they remain on Level 37 while their streak is lost. That is a dated player report, not a verified cause-and-effect test. The visible Exit and Restart examples above provide the stronger, specific basis for the steps on this page.
